Growing up around animals, dogs in particular, I have always felt gravitated to our furry friends, loving and caring for them like part of the family! Being one of 6, my home life growing up was always busy, warm, loving and family orientated. I have always felt like I have an understanding of dogs, their wants and their needs. Soon after moving out, I rescued my very own dog (and now a best friend!) Buddy! Having Buddy has really made me realise the importance of exercise, socialising and play for our small friends and I aim to ensure that your pets are able to get the right amount of outdoor time and walks to ensure that they are kept happy, contented and healthy, whatever the weather (literally!)

In my group of friends, I was always the nominated person to care and look after my friend's pets whenever they travelled or worked weekends which first gave me the idea of following this as a profession as I always loved having different dogs in my company. Being around dogs and animals alike brings me such joy which made me want to pursue my dream of a full-time career as a Dog Walker and carer. Before embarking full time into Poochez, I worked for 5 years in the NHS as a medical secretary in Orthopaedics and Neurology where my daily duties involved close contact and care with various professionals and patients, skills which I have found to have been transferrable in the caring of animals thus leaving your Pooch in the perfect hands!
Poochez is a Dog Walking, Sitting and Boarding service for your loved pets in the Muswell Hill, Finchley, Barnet, Southgate, Winchmore Hill and surrounding areas. There are set packages and services, but are flexible to your individual needs - as we know that no two people are the same and different schedules and lifestyles may not suit every package. Harg is CRB checked and understands the importance of the safety and care of your pet and translates that into her everyday practice ensuring that the dog's safekeeping and happiness whilst in her care is of highest importance.
